This example assumes that an AI-assisted system prepares a case summary and recommended route before a human handler confirms, changes, or escalates the action.

Available inputs: Submitted case information, applicable rules, correspondence, prior actions, and automated flags.
Prepared output: A structured summary, recommended pathway, and any missing-information or risk indicators.
Human task: Check the evidence, assess uncertainty, confirm or override the recommendation, and record the reason.
Escalation condition: Incomplete, conflicting, contested, or non-standard information that cannot be resolved within the ordinary review path.
